Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our clients.
- Manage and optimize SEO campaigns, including on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for recruiting candidates, screening resumes and conducting technical interviews.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to manage candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling job descriptions and SEO content.
- Analyze web traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related technical field (1-2 years minimum).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and technical recruiting methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, white-hat techniques, and search engine algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write engaging copy.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must reside in the United States and be willing to work the US timezone.
