Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and optimize website architecture for improved search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Sources and screens candidates using various job boards and social media platforms.
- Analyze web traffic data and user behavior to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet hiring and traffic goals.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or recruitment (1-3 years preferred).
- Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and link building.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional remote candidate meetings).
