Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via chat, email, and phone to remote end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping users updated.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and positive customer feedback score.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new software rapidly.
