Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and written copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics, optimizing content based on KPIs
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2-hour SLA
- Coordinate with design team for visual assets and with SEO specialists for cross-channel alignment
- Generate monthly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and actionable insights
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging social trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in creating viral content across B2B and B2C verticals
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate metrics into strategy adjustments
- Experience managing paid social campaigns with budgets up to $5K/month
- Excellent written communication with ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
