- Transcribe audio/video content with 98%+ accuracy across legal, medical, and corporate sectors
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Format transcripts according to client specifications (style guides, timestamps, speaker IDs)
- Manage quality assurance through self-review and peer collaboration
- Maintain consistent productivity with 60+ minutes transcribed per hour
- Utilize research tools to resolve unclear terminology and proper nouns
- Submit work through our digital platform with strict deadline adherence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Otter.ai, or equivalent software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Specialized knowledge in medical/legal terminology preferred
