Responsibilities
- Design and Deploy Scalable Models: Develop and implement advanced predictive algorithms to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics with high accuracy.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical architecture and AI capabilities we will deploy by the year 2026.
- Data Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the ETL processes and ensure data integrity across massive datasets to support real-time predictive analytics.
- Model Validation & Governance: Establish rigorous testing protocols to minimize bias and ensure all AI models comply with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and time-series forecasting.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Forecasting Expertise: Deep knowledge of time-series analysis and statistical modeling.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
