Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI integration frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on hybrid computing platforms
- Develop fault-tolerant error correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum-AI prototypes
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at international tech conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms or neural network architectures
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10M+ parameter systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF grants for quantum research
