Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI architectures for real-world applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to achieve computational breakthroughs
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions for 2026 business transformation
- Research and integrate emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies and publish in top-tier journals
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and influence industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems with quantum acceleration capabilities
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of shipping complex technical projects at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience securing government/defense quantum computing contracts
