Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Secure $2M+ in government/private research grants
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Drive quantum cloud platform integration with AWS Braket
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, QML)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
