Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for NLP and computer vision applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-entangled data compression techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish findings in Nature Quantum and top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (2020-2026)
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum AI
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
