Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems
- Author peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-algorithm-hardware integration
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for quantum-powered autonomous systems
- Present findings at international conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Physics)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with scientific computing libraries
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial applications
