Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems for real-time cognitive processing
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with >99.9% coherence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum decision-making
- Optimize quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise-scale deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)

- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation libraries
