Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected qubit systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to push quantum processor performance beyond 1000 qubits
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Create patentable quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Present breakthrough innovations at global quantum technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
