Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience leading teams of 8+ researchers in academic or corporate settings
