Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence times
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at major conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
