Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat channels in real-time to enforce community guidelines and brand standards
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, spam, or policy violations to appropriate teams
- Facilitate positive user interactions through timely, empathetic responses
- Document moderation activities and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation protocols
- Participate in training sessions on emerging platforms and content trends
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and policy exceptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, community management, or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral, professional tone
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure while maintaining objectivity
- Proficiency with web-based moderation tools and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics and digital safety protocols
