- Collaborate with the moderation team to update protocols and improve safety measures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in community moderation, customer service, or conflict resolution
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral, professional tone
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive situations
- Proficient in multitasking and typing 60+ WPM with high accuracy
- Familiarity with moderation tools (e.g., Discord, Twitch, custom platforms)
