Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat conversations across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines with empathy and professionalism
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior
- Document moderation activities and maintain detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy updates
- Provide exceptional user support during peak engagement periods

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in community moderation or customer service
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
