- Monitor real-time chat platforms across social media, forums, and live streams
- Enforce community guidelines and content policies with consistency
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, harassment, or safety concerns
- Facilitate positive user interactions through timely intervention
- Document moderation activities and generate weekly compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation strategies
- Participate in monthly training on emerging digital trends and threats
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation or community management
- Proficiency with chat monitoring tools (e.g., ModSquad, Modera)
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Discord, Twitch)
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
