- Enforce community guidelines and content policies with consistent, professional judgment
- Identify and escalate potential risks such as harassment, spam, or security threats according to protocols
- Document moderation actions and provide detailed reports for client compliance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation strategies and tools
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolution outcomes for quality assurance
- Participate in ongoing training about emerging trends in digital communication safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with neutral, professional tone

- Familiarity with moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Khoros, or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition in text-based interactions
