Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat interactions in real-time to ensure strict adherence to community guidelines and company policies.
- De-escalate sensitive situations and resolve user inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Identify, flag, and report spam, harassment, or policy violations to the moderation team promptly.
- Maintain a positive brand voice by providing clear, accurate, and friendly assistance to all users.
- Analyze user feedback and collaborate with the support team to improve product features and service processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on new tools and communication protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, chat moderation, or content moderation is a strong plus.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
