Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat streams in real-time across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and swiftly address inappropriate content
- Document and escalate serious policy violations to senior moderators
- Provide exceptional user support during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with team leads to refine moderation protocols
- Maintain detailed activity logs and performance metrics
- Participate in weekly team syncs via video conference
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in community moderation or customer service
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition abilities
