Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat conversations to ensure strict compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and professionally via text-based channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and helpful tone in all written communications.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department or senior management when necessary.
- Identify recurring customer trends and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to shift schedules and maintain a high level of availability during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat moderation is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
