Responsibilities

- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally via chat platforms.
- Identify and filter spam, hate speech, and inappropriate content to maintain a safe environment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized support teams when necessary.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate logs of moderation activities.

- Stay up-to-date with platform policies and update moderation strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, community management, or content moderation.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in difficult situations.
- Experience with social media platforms and chat software is a plus.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
