Responsibilities

- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, harassment, or policy violations promptly
- Provide exceptional user support through chat channels while maintaining brand voice
- Document moderation actions and generate daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with product teams to improve moderation tools and workflows
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives for platform safety enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency with web-based moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Talkdesk)
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
