Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat platforms in real-time to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries with professional, brand-aligned messaging
- Flag and escalate inappropriate content, safety concerns, or technical issues
- Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports for audit purposes
- Collaborate with moderation teams to refine response protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions on platform updates and brand standards
- Support special event moderation during peak traffic periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in digital moderation or customer support
