Responsibilities
- Monitor Live Conversations: Review and moderate real-time chat streams to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and safety policies.
- Enforce Guidelines: Consistently apply rules regarding spam, harassment, and inappropriate content to maintain a healthy environment.
- User Support: Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Content Moderation: Identify and flag sensitive or flagged content for further review by senior management.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in discussions to build rapport and encourage positive user behavior.
- Report & Escalate: Log incidents and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, community moderation, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, web-based chat tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Internet: High-speed, reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
- Reliability: Ability to adhere to a strict schedule and maintain a professional demeanor during shifts.
