Qualifications

- Familiarity with moderation tools (e.g., Khoros, ModSquad, or similar platforms)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
