- Respond to user inquiries with empathy and professionalism within 2 minutes
- Flag inappropriate content and escalate complex issues to senior moderators
- Generate daily moderation reports with key insights and trends
- Collaborate with content teams to refine moderation policies
- Train new moderators on platform-specific protocols
- Participate in monthly strategy sessions to improve user experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or community moderation
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities
- Proficient in using moderation tools like ModSquad or LivePerson
- Available to work evenings and weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Resident of Lubbock, TX with reliable internet connection
