Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account policies.
- Document user interactions and feedback to help improve our service quality.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to resolve trending issues or policy violations.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Honolulu, HI or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
