As a Chat Moderator, you will be the voice and face of our brand, ensuring a safe, helpful, and engaging environment for users.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations to ensure community guidelines are followed strictly.
- Assist users via text-based channels by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or potential policy violations to senior management.
- Document user interactions and update internal knowledge base articles as needed.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve chat response times and overall quality.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and provide feedback to the development team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must reside in the Albuquerque, NM area (Remote position).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
