Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to resolve complaints and enhance satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments, and actions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and educate customers on our premium features.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a professional home office environment and adhere to company productivity and security standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role (remote or in-office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
