Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues to first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores, average handle time, and quality standards
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a remote or hybrid setting
