Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or technical support.
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
