Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database and internal systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with the support team to share feedback and improve overall service processes.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the company ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
