Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product issues and answer questions regarding services and billing accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
