Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update account information, and track service tickets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services and communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are escalated and resolved properly.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain a professional and organized home office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
