Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or product-related issues to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations and improve service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficient in using computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
