Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Research and identify solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service processes.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training is provided.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must reside within the Oklahoma City, OK area.
