Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (85+ CSAT score target)
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and report process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- US-based work authorization and NC residency requirement
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude under pressure
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
