Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and account troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
