Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Process returns, exchanges, and account adjustments accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Educate customers on products and services to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and clear verbal communication.
- Must have a reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
