Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for training.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
