Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately and efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet performance metrics including quality scores and resolution times
- Identify upsell opportunities and provide product knowledge guidance
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or virtual setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
