Responsibilities
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing, appointments, and insurance coverage via phone, email, and chat
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and resolve complex issues
- Meet performance metrics for call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve patient experiences and streamline processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in healthcare or call center environment
