Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with tech teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and average handling time
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B/B2C customer service experience in tech/retail
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with neutral accent
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- High-speed home internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work PST/PST business hours (8am-5pm)
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Type 40+ WPM with strong data entry accuracy
