Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accuracy
- Document interactions and update customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
