Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using our proprietary CRM system and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate phone presence
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed (Pacific Time)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional local events
- Pass background check and drug screening
