Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing inquiries using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions accurately in customer management systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (20+ interactions/hour)
- Participate in weekly training and quality assurance reviews
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Type 45+ WPM with strong written communication skills
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution expertise
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
