Responsibilities

- Accurately process data and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Utilize the provided CRM software to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Kansas City team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Attend daily remote training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace to ensure high call quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must reside in the Kansas City, Missouri area to facilitate onboarding.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday) during business hours.
